Responsible for recruitment and retention of physicians and team; allows physicians to participate in network of oncology providers; including leadership opportunities; research and clinical trials; data and expertise sharing
21CO group purchasing opportunities based on national platform
Oversee billing, collections, human resources, compliance, legal, operations and finance/accounting functions
Provide regular reporting and data around performance, investment needs
21CO service agreements on linacs and other equipment; inhouse expertise on problem solving; unique software around downtime, staffing ratios and efficiencies
Can offer “turn key” cancer program
Ability to recruit and integrate other specialty physicians to offer complete care to patients
