About

Kathleen Minnick, MD is a Board Certified Surgeon from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her Undergraduate Degree in Biochemistry, Cum Laude at Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia and attended Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Hershey, where she received her Doctor of Medicine. Following medical school, she was Chief Resident in General Surgery of the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Hershey, PA, while simultaneously exemplifying leadership as an instructor at Gross Anatomy Laboratory.

Dr. Minnick completed a two-year Surgical Research Fellowship in the division of Pediatric Surgery with a focus in Wound Healing. Her strong presence in the medical community is consistently demonstrated by active community involvement. She is currently the Co-Medical Director of the Center for Hyperbaric Medicine & Wound Care at Wellington Regional Medical Center, where she also did the first Intraoperative Radiation Therapy (IORT). She is also the Director of the Breast Tumor Board at Good Samaritan Medical Center.
